The problem with the ariel kick is because of the areial propulation is equal to Fx/34m^2 that said the force of the kick will not equalize until the opponunent has reacted to the counter. use simple kicks and blocks to offset this domingalical situation. 4th drgree blackbelt in shit-rye- karate
