Nowhere there, you'll hear Varga's name even mentioned. And those were his contemporaries!
When M. Varga started Collegium Musicum, Keith Emerson was just getting out of a band called The Nice. In its beginnings, Collegium just copied what Keith and The Nice had been doing for years (classical music in rock format,) while Keith moved on.

I listen to some J.S.B. by The Israeli beat/psychedelic band The Churchill's and some classical weakwater music done by some South American beat band from teh 60's but this is eally good! I love it! Ďakujem veľmi pekne :) K. bude na Slovensku koncom mesiaca :) Ja som ich videl (CM) v Prahe v Lucerne a Váně ako vždy hral srdcom. Marián je moja srdcovka a na to krátke obdobie, keď som s Marianom hral nezabudnem...
Ten gitarista je Šeban a je to super hráč, taký slovenský Hendrix, v tej ukážke sa to možno nezdá ale ako celok je tá skladba uplne super, mám to na CD. Teda pokial so myslel toho gitaristu z poslednej časti.
Áno, toho som myslel. Je to otrasné a falošné! Nič viac! Fero Griglák bol vždy skvelý a aj menej technicky vybavený Pavel Váně nehral tak falošne a spieval úžasne. Tolya
Váně hral s Collegiom iba cca pár mesiacov v r.1970 vtedy som ho hrať live nevidel. Hrá to legendárne sólo na gitare v EP Hommage/Ulica plná plášťov...
Čo sa týka Šebana mne sa páči ale je to vec názoru. Inak pozdravujem Katapult, moja srdcovka!
