@kokosmakronen Thanks! I didn't really eat healthier. I ate the normal junk I like but tried to stop once I wasn't hungry anymore. Instead of eating until I was stuffed. & I never noticed hitting a plateau because the weight came off at a more slow, consistent pace. A couple pounds a week, not like 10 pounds suddenly you know? :)

i wish i could meet you so i could pick you up and swing you around. ive always been big, not really fat but just very tall and broad. i love smaller people. :) but im losing weight now and the biggest key for me is exercise. it sucks. gotta force yourself to do it but its worth it.
We're opposites. I can cut out foods easier than I can cut out drinks. When I go to a restaurant I get water and I drink water when I exercise; but otherwise it's tea, juice, or lemonade (never soda). Other than that I just make sure to limit myself to 1 snack a day and eat a vegetable a day/a salad with 2 of my 3 meals a day if I can (my definition of salad being simply brocolli, baby corn, black olives, cheese, and eggs...). That and doing Taekwondo at least twice a week seems to work for me.
Can you write down ur way to loss weight cause u talked so fast i can't get it ... U cut out all the drink !!! and what else ... can u tell me that ?? :D

im a guy atm im 6' and weigh 17st with a 41'' waist at 16 years old, ive just orderd a exercisebike + a 1.2kg tub of maximuscle, i want to join the army in about 6months, but i want to have lost the weight and be able to run 3miles in a decent time, a few days ago i decided to start to log my calorie intake... and i think it got too far when i realized that all the food in my house is low in calories but like 30% of my RDA of fat so it was useless
at the end of the video i was like ,"there's something fluffy at the corner of the screen..." and i kept watching it...and it wasnt moving. so i went back to the start of the video and it was in a different position. so i was like, "oohhh ok."
@vilvethope LOL! Thx for the nice comment! 93 is so small!! When it came to food, I still ate all the things I like...fast food, candy, etc. I just portion controlled! I stopped as soon as I felt full instead of eating til I was stuffed. It made a big difference for me. Good luck on wking out! :)

im a guy atm im 6' and weigh 17st with a 41'' waist at 16 years old, ive just orderd a exercisebike + a 1.2kg tub of maximuscle, i want to join the army in about 6months, but i want to have lost the weight and be able to run 3miles in a decent time, a few days ago i decided to start to log my calorie intake... and i think it got too far when i realized that all the food in my house is low in calories but like 30% of my RDA of fat so it was useless

@vilvethope LOL! Thx for the nice comment! 93 is so small!! When it came to food, I still ate all the things I like...fast food, candy, etc. I just portion controlled! I stopped as soon as I felt full instead of eating til I was stuffed. It made a big difference for me. Good luck on wking out! :)
