When I read to give eye contact to show listening it makes me uncomfortable and I can't focus on the convo only on looking them in the eye what should I do?

@BedazzledCupcakes. Remember, listening isn't about you. It's about engaging and understanding the other person. Be nature and smile when you are giving eye contact.

You are right. When you take time to listen to the other person, you do impact in a positive way. As the saying goes, "The other doesn't care about you unless you show you care about them." Listening shows you care about them.
