@Burningice31 why? because it was the ending in the ova , where upon yuri's annoyance of an operation , made everyone fast for one week , killing them all except for herself, not like they'll die though,explaining why she is alone in thew picture, (don't worry she didn't become evil, it's was just for comedic effect) that's why it was a bad ending
