Yeah she calls her present husband (and pack mule) Lockwood, after all there is only one Michael for Lisa or any of us for that matter. I hope that she is learning to live with her loss, because there was serious unfinished business there. She is Michael's widow, and I pray for her everytime I think of her. I'm surprised that Michael didn't try to create the world that Lisa wanted so they could be together. Michael would be with us now if he had. So tragic.

y decide to have kids at 40? how do you think mj felt?. that's like driving a nail to mj's coffin (figuratively and literally too. as you pointed out he died less than a yr. from that). it's the ultimate betrayal. lisa is jumping from 1 relationship to another. i have this feeling that husband #4 won't be the last. she's now working w/ this hawley guy, who knows where it will lead. but there was only 1 michael jackson and she'll never find him in another man. that's her curse.

Well my point was...they weren't really hiding it when they were dating, and the press didn't seem to care (though they knew)...so I think that LMP was blown away about how the media interest in their marriage was blown out of porportion and NEVER DIED DOWN...it then created an atmosphere of instability...celebs get married everyday, but eventually the media coverage dies down...not in MJ & LMP's case, so she CHANGED HER MIND on bringing kids into that media circus atmosphere...

But on the other side; there is no doubt she meant a lot to MJ, and that they loved each other...! She was there during the 93 allegations (not in 2005 though, but then again) and I have sympathy for her...

LM didn't want the media attacking her like they did him that's why she denied him in interviews and talking about saving him; they had a love that was obvious and he didn't want media or anyone else hurting her because of him. He loved her but had to let her go and she had to have a reason to leave. pix shows how much in love they were. A real tragic love story. I pray for her strength in her grief. RIP MJ.

I agree and I think that she avoided talking about him and gave somewhat conflicting stories because she wanted to safeguard the private truth of their relationship...I think that a lkot of the questions were painful for her too.

I also think that Brooke denies having a romantic relationship with him NOW, because I think that she is just trying to avoid the questions and to safeguard the privacy of their relationship.

This song does really fit Lisa and Michael. Their relationship lasted a lot longer past 1996 and Lisa's comments after Michael's death tells me that he still has a major affect on her, though she's been trying to move on for many years now. I don't know if we'll ever know the full extent of their relationship and what happened, but I am certain that their was a deep and passionate love btw them that I don't think time really erased.

Well put. These people just had too much against them. It was impossible for them to maintain any kind of longlasting relationship because the fame of the two of them put together was just too much. But I do think they loved each other desperately. How tragic. Had they been able to stay together, I think Michael would be alive now. And what a shame that LMP had to witness up close the pre-mature death of two men she loved so much. The guilt and sorrow must be overwhelming.

The fact is MJ had power, money and the means to keep anyone he wanted at bay. All he had to do was tell security he didn't want to see them. So if folks were trying an intervention they could have been stopped in their tracks. He had to have wanted the help himself...1st step was to sever all ties with the enablers.

I am pretty sure one of the reasons he used to disappear without a trace or word is because LMP was bringing up the problems. She couldn't contact him...probably told security not to let her through. I bet the enablers knew where he was and were allowed to get through.

I believe that he loved her until the day that he died too...I think that seeing her married again and now solidifying that marriage by having two more children and not wanting to have had children with him...had to hurt him...She had the twins on 10/7/08...less than a year later he's gone...I think drugs had a lot to do with it, but I think that he was medicating his emotional pain about her as well as other things...they've reported that her picture was on his nightstand when he died.
