thats really pretty good. i htink our max in us is 80k pounds, err 40 tons, IIRC thats truck and cargo. and averages around 6 mpg ( on hills)

(yeah I know its 1tn over load)

And my truck uses about 50-45litres in 100kilometers(maxload).

Whit light cargo it uses about 45-35...

But my driving is not really economical ;)

It was 1. gear. my truck gearbox is 12-speed range-splitter.

"this 12-speed version has a simple three-speed main section, with a range-change and splitter creating the 12 road-going gears."

2 things, do u use all your gears and i noticed with your rev counter, if u take it a lil bit higher, u get more of a grunt, use and abuse deisels and they will last longer

not so with a Scania, they have have a huge power band giving max torque between 1000 & 1500 rpm so nothing to gain by going past the green as thats where all the power is :-)

@69BlueL88 this one i believe was around 1800 lb ft of torque. The new ones have up to 720 bhp and 2400 lb ft of torque.
