His first step is great and he has pretty quick feet but it looks like when he went full speed he bowed his drop back....everything was great and im not knocking the kid im just adding a little so that kids watching this know that ur drop back should not be bowed ur actually supposed to drop back in a line...set staggering a yard line and work on ur drop back, have someone watch to tell u whether ur stepping on the line or not each step

this kid has a great looking 3-step.  big first step is key b/c it's the only one that really gets you away from the line of scrimmage. the last two steps are for setup and balance. his form is very good. i want to see what his 3-step form looks like throwing opposite his arm side.
