Great video, but I think I'm doing something wrong. I select the object ok with the magnetic band but when I press Ctrl, shift and I no problem, then ctrl shift and u the object goes into negative colour and a change tone, and saturation window opens alowing you to change the inverted negatve image of the object selected. Then ctrl and D does nothing and ctrl shift and d fixes the image. Please tell me whet I am doing wrong. Thanks very much - Sandy
THX DAVE!it worked great! Thumbs up for all your videos!! keep up the good work. I worked on a photo for some a client of mine doin' this trick and he was veeery pleased! I'm waiting for more tricks. very nice intuitive video.

I really really hate any version of spot colour...It's so tacky. But having said that..the quick way you did it was very smart. Well done.

here are the steps:
1. Lasso Tool (L)
2. Select Inverse (CTRL+SHIFT+I)
3. Desaturate (CTRL+SHIFT+U)
