This is an awesome movie and from what I can tell, isn't that bad a depiction of the casual culture. A couple of things though. First off, there's no way an American would be accepted into the firm like that. Bovver is the only one who acts realistically when Elijah Wood shows up. Second, the fighting is way too stylized.  Anyone who's seen real hooligan footage or even been in a fight knows the fighting is way more chaotic.
