This has to be the WORST possible way to end a season. After a 6-0 start, you lose to every single 4-12 team down the stretch, and all you have to do is beat the 3-12 Cardinals to get into the playoffs. Up 17-6 with less than 2 minutes to go, it becomes 17-12. After an onside kick recovery, Arizona has no timeouts left. Josh McCown is sacked and it's 4th & 24 with less than 20 seconds left. A miracle heave to the end zone results in a touchdown on a rule that is no longer enforced. OUCH!

@ECWnWWF If you have an NES emulator and a hex editor on your computer you can edit all the rosters, team names, locations, etc. That's how they get current NFL teams/players in the online Tecmo leagues.

Funny thing is with the NFL rules the way they are in 2008, this wouldn't even be a touchdown. Back then if you were pushed out but the refs figured you would get both feet in otherwise, it was a non-reviewable touchdown. Now even if you would have gotten your feet in otherwise, if you get pushed out before you get your feet in, no catch. If that happened this season, no touchdown, Vikings go to playoffs.
