  • funny thing, the ending of this has ebisumaru admitting that he is in fact actually a girl.... then goemon 3 has ebisumaru getting a sex change.... wierd and creepy but it kinda fits the series.... hell anyone remeber the fortuneteller/stripper in the n64 ones that would yell "PLASMA!" at you?

  • Had no idea it was released before the SNES game! I know it's in Japan, but even with knowing most of the Japan-only games, I never knew about this. :D

  • @GannondorkVBA there are actually four nes games, two MSX games and an arcade one before this one.

  • @BillyCauseyjr :O Thanks!

  • is this the same prison that is in the legend of the mystical ninja/ganbare goemon: yukihime kyuushutsu emaki?

  • Can someone, ANYONE, get me a recording of the music that starts at 0:17? That's one of the best 8-bit tunes I've ever heard.

  • Ebisumaru looks funny during the cutscene!

  • Of all the Goemon games they released in Japan, we only got 3 of them here in the states.

  • A few things, one we got more than 3.

Does anyone know a web-based emulator I can play this on.

I have Goemon DS and have never gone in the girls hot spring....Im so going to do that now.

  • Goemon looks like he has a pompadour in the cutscene!

  • games back then had the best music

  • This looks kinda like Legend of the Mystical Ninja, dumb question, but is Mystical Ninja a remake/port of Ganbare Goemon 2 by anychance? Just curious.

  • Legend of Mystical Ninja IS Goemon. I'll PM you a Goemon site thath as the info.

  • I'm well aware of that, I was just wondering if the Legend of the Mystical Ninja for the SNES, was a remake of this game, now that I've watched the whole video I understand that it isn't.

  • i gest you can say its remake of Legend of the Mystical Ninja ( Ganbare goemon ) but its really not but in somehow it is ?....or not to it's.....well goemon on the 8bit famicom( 8bit NES ) was a game that you pay goemon go-to and steal'll money from suo-gan( rech-people ) and gave the money to the porr yep just like ROBEN HOOD, in JAPAN, goemon on super nintendo or super famicom in japan goemon pay more like a heroic hero din a theft but he still is in the s-nes version

  • Its called a sequel.

  • continue saying bout GOE,): in goemon S-NES he have to save a princess from the kingdom of edo problem no the story on that one

  • yohe, i no but i got that game on n64 and im not says bout the 8bit, famicom game,

  • even 8bit, goemon, game had, really great music, for the famicom, i have to see the game boy goemon games.

  • Same!

If you liked the N64 ones then check out my channel ;)

  • Man i would love to play all of the Goemon games.

  • I have three Gomeon games. Two import ones on handheld.. which is one on the DS and GBA. And the SNES port. These games are always great. Makes me wish Konami would release more. Ever seen the anime?

  • I'd love to get my hands on the other Goemon games. The only one I have is Legend of Mystical Ninja for SNES.

  • Me too,but the only I played was the goemon of N64

  • don't you have the 2 of the N64 games came out in the US,
