I'm glad to see someone thinking about this around here. We tend to think of drought as a problem limited to the western states and, more recently, the Southeast, but PA is getting drier every year. Talking my wife into a cistern for our suburban home is on my to-do list.
The pavers in the video are looking like a really great solution.
