@faun2500 If you're having trouble, use a barbell and do both arms at once. Keep your legs straight, but not locked so you use your quads, and put all the weight on your heels. Bend forward so your back is parallel with the ground and keep it straight! Tighten your abs to help, and use a mirror or ask someone for form! Hold it with your palms facing you, keep your arms against your body and keep the barbell against your legs. Happy lifting!
