@daveslyk The call your talking about was a matter of judgment. This on the other hand was reviewable and clearly it was too late. Maybe the foul was a bad call but isu had 12 fouls cu had 17. Not a huge difference but fair enough to point out considering this was the furthest thing from a neutral court. Both teams played great though and deserve credit, just would have rather lost on a call that wasn't as controversial as this. Hopefully both team will play like this the rest of the season.
@soonerftball24 Actually, the refs notified both coaches before the game that there would be no replay in the case of any close calls, like the buzzer beater at the end of the game. Who knew it would actually come down to that?? So, being that there was no replay, the buzzer beater was a judgment call. It was not reviewable. It was a split second decision by the refs, and they said it was good. Therefore, the shot counted.
It's too bad it came down to that, both teams played great.

If anything that buzzer beater is just karma for the refs giving CU 2 free throws to tie.
That being said, whether he got the shot off in time or not, it doesn't matter, it counted. Cyclones win!
