You can easily get that style just by blowdrying and using wax.

lol first of all everyone has different tastes :|. Second if you want that hairstyle you need to get haircut for it first lol...You need lots of layers on the top and I mean ALOT! and you need to keep the bangs, back, and the sides long. Btw you don't add alot of wax. You just need that much like shown in the video. This stuff are strong hold wax.
