The reality is you don't know what someone is thinking, and it's their right to think what ever they like, without punishment. Only their actions should be punished.

All these commandments apply only to the tribe of Israel. They should read, e.g. 'Thou shalt not kill (thy fellow Israelites).' or 'Thou shalt not steal (from...)'. It's not only acceptable to murder and despoil all others, it's actually a righteous act. @Oleerkilass How about there is almost certainly no God, on the basis of lack of evidence. Or, God is as likely to exist as any fictional being.
