You made a screenshot of you searching for 84, then showing 1 person lvl 84 (not 85) which could be anyone aswell...

Then you put a link to your armory which doesn't show any achievement except you being lvl 85 (if that is even you). Not even a 'Realm First!' (which is an existing achievement, world first isn't).

Dunno... You haven't proven anything yet... ;)

That means if he xferred he's not eligible for realm 1sts for 2months, believe what you what but the facts are there its confirmed. There is proof it requires a slight about of thinking.
