Was at my parents house on the 3rd concession for Mothers Day. Thing was so low you could see all the little details underneath the jet. Pretty cool to see.
You can also go to LiveATC . com, enter 'YYZ' (Pearson Airports code) and listen to the communication between Air Controllers and any aircraft operating in the Toronto airspace. You can also go to archives on same site, and listen to yesterday's communication between ATC and the F-18 - all times are given in UTC - Greenwich Mean Time - so you have to match the time on the archives correctly.
I seen this from my house through my windows - LOUD AS A MOFO... and it was banking haaarrd. it was actually a cool sight but im happy it didnt open fire LOL :P
I had a dream a week ago that I was looking up at a night sky and military jets were firing at each other. I'm glad that didn't become reality :P
@PJupiter It actually was a lot closer and did a whole lot of weird things including wobbling it's wings up and down. Unfortunately, I only got the last bit of it before it flew out of sight.
@cajenigs Yep! It was very low. After listening for awhile from where I was , it got so loud I was sure something was about to crash and ran to see it for a few secs. Luckily, it didn't crash....nor did it bomb us phew o.O; lol
I thought we were getting bombed by russia

You can also check out flightaware . com - just enter 'YYZ' and then click 'view activity', it is 10 minutes behind in real time.

Also seen same jet in Leamington. Thought it may have been U.S. Air Force but looks like it was one of ours. Loud to say the least.

Same jet was spotted above our house in eastern scarborough

Aircraft was Canadian Armed Forces CF-18B 188939 - was doing touch and goes on runway 26 at Pearson and then departed to the East at 14:53.
There was also a Canadian Armed Forces CC-150 15003 Airbus A310 that departed Pearson to Norfolk.

@bizjets101 Thank you for the information. It was very weird to see something like that so close in this area. Nothing exciting ever happens here.

@Glease Are you in Canada? If so, is this unusual. It took me completely by surprise.
