We don´t have such track crossings in Germany, where two different main lines are meeting in this way outside of stations. We have only double-switches, that are looking like the St.Andrews cross. Those switches are mainly inside of stations.
I think, track crossings like that one in your video existed in Germany until the 1930´s.
As far as I know, they started to get rid of such crossings with building bridges from the 1930´s on.
