I used to have moderate-severe acne for a few years and have went through many acne products and doctor's medications (antibiotics) until I realized all I needed was water. Have you ever noticed where you don't use products on certain areas they tend to be clearer than where you do use products? I don't meant to bust your bubble, but accutane in long-term can affect your liver/kidneys heh. Acne sucks and I know how it feels. If you have any Q's I'll be more than glad to help
I'm sorry to hear that your ache has gotten worst. For my lips I like to use polysporin daily lip care. You can get it like a gloss or like a chapstick. I prefer the chapstick version. It really helps, even if you just put it on at night before you go to bed. Anyways, keep fighting!
