ugh...getting rid of crazy fleas is the worst...and unfortunately...i have to deal with it again -____- lol. warning: WALMART STUFF DOES NOT WORK!!! do yourself and ur cat a HUGE favor and buy frontline PLUS! hopefully, my mama will buy frontline so my cat will have relief :(. also WASH EVERYTHING!

Ufortunately the spray is not good.I use the Advatage tube.. Raid for fleas on the floors and rugs to have the problem dealt with because there are eggs from the cats that get on rugs tetc. So both are a very important thing to combat the fleas. It works.I have 4 cats.. Of course I keep then in the apartment.That cuts down a bit on the flea problem too

i don't want to discuse fleas really but do you get little black smudes like dots on your cat when she/he has fleas?

Yes. Put them in a glass (or a disposable container) of water. They are actually red, and its flea dung basically, which is basically blood.

My cat is allergic to fleas as she scars as well, unfortunately she's immune to the treatment (or the fleas are on her).

I found the best way is don't treat the cat but drown the area in powerful insecticide so wherever she lies the fleas die.

This worked for me until they changed the ingrediants in the spray.

sorry to hear it.. The fastest way to get rid of them is to go to the vet and get a couple of CapStar tablets.. Give your cat one per day for 2 days.. then after that start the cat on a monthly liquid flea med.. The Capstars work instantly..

Why do you call the cat it? Why not she or he? Does he or she even have a name? And I don't want to be a naysayer it's not good to pick up the animal like that because they are heavier when they are adults, so it slightly hurts them. Hope you got rid of the fleas.

lol what? You named it cat..? What the heck, did you buy him or adopt him or what? You guys dont seem to have good caring techniques. Fleas eggs drop off and go into the carpet, couch, bed, wherever the cat has been. Your best bet is to take CAT to the vet. Good luck.
