Miss sixty, energie and diesel are under the same mother company. Much like scotch tape and post it are sub brands under 3M. This could just be for the brand management in South Africa, or how the brands are brought in here. I'm in brand marketing and i doubt it would be different for overseas. Some diesel items are only licenced but not manufactured by them but still sold in stores, fashion retail is complicated.
Energie is a sub brand of diesel, they are part of the same umbrella company. If you're buying Energie you're essentially buying diesel. i know, i worked for them- unfortunately

This ad is too long to make consumers focus on the first goal of an ad : selling products. Displaying all Diesel 2007 Global Warming billboards at the end of the commercial is welcomed to increase brand reconigtion. However, understanding why Diesel spends two minutes displaying landscapes to alarm on global warming in order to sell clothes stays a big question. Brand awareness and viral marketing should be main reasons.

No! Renzo Rosso founded the company Diesel in 1978, and they have no relation with Sixty Group, two different companies.
