I have had a lot of questions asking where I got my copy of this video and where others might be able to acquire there own. I am afraid I cannot help you. I got this video in a couple of pieces from a couple of places and had to splice it together. Then I had to split it back down into 3 pieces to fit into youtube's 10 minute maximum.
The best I can suggest is downloading all 3 pieces from youtube and resplicing them yourself. sorry.
