I think we should realise there aren't more street kids poor in Vietnam with Mo Cua opening up freedoms, it's that they are earning money for themselves on the streets casual pursuits now, before they just stayed home and rotted poor working for parents for food only. Now they are free to move to town and earn money, they still send a majority home to help poor farmerr family members. sure there are some negative risks for them but a lot of support too.
