you dont have to record to axis camera station. the camera has a on-board sdhc card slot that can record directly to a 32 gb sd card. properly set up you could record for days onto that card . it also serves as a back up for camera station in case of network failure
If you rotate the face of the actual camera unit, you can accomplish a better horizontal field of view. The face of the cam will turn clockwise or counter clockwise. This little install tip isnt mentioned on the provided material.

Great quality, Im going to buy a couple of this cameras.
Is this the AXIS P3344-V 6 mm ? How megapixel is it 1 or 3? And does it have infrared or not?
