  • Nice and deep again on the squats. My only suggestion is to find a focal point after stepping back from the rack and keep your eyes on that throughout the lift. That will keep your head up just a bit and prevent leaning forward as you squat. Not an issue now, but as you go heavier it will help. For consideration.
