  • I need a cigarette and a cuddle after that video. Whoo.....

  • Raccoons got into my bag when I was a kid, they were accompanied by a skunk, so we let them have at it while we cowered in the tent.

  • How good are the bear proof containers? They look to be difficult to pack.

  • how do u get it down?

  • Want to make hand party?

  • I teach you TEABAG, Yes?

  • i read the title in the "suggestions" area and i thought it said "How to hang a black bear"

  • What if you're camping with a chick and she's got her period, would bears smell that? serious question tho.

  • @rajvosa71000 yes they would, but they would probably also likely recognize it as human, and wouldn't be any more of an attractant than normal body odor.

  • @rajvosa71000 Don't worry. That won't ever happen to you.

  • nice legs ass and feet

  • @BAbukkakkis loooooool

  • 0:59

  • Just tie both bags to one end, hoist them up to the level you want and tie the other end of the rope to a tree or branch a ways away. Not the same tree. Your average bear like Yogi will never figure it out. Also hang your bags like 40 yards away from your night camp. Sorry no midnight snacks allowed. lol You can also hang twine horizontal wrapped around trees with bear bells around your camp perimeter like 2-3 ft off the ground as a night warning something is close to camp. FYI

  • the one dislike is a bear

  • That throwing pouch is not very 'survival style'... Try a monkey fist knot around a marble or steel ball found in rolling computer mice. That method is much more durable then a stitched pouch, and if damaged can be replaced by tying a other knot with the same cordage.

  • i gave her my heart, she gave me a yeast infection

  • Nice legs!

  • Look at that ass

  • I bear bagged once. I was arrested for lewd contact with wildlife. Now I can't be within 1000 feet of any zoo or animal enclosure.

  • I love @peakSurvival, but, press 4 over and over for a cheap thrill.

  • @Dasdfjkl I had no idea about that function. Good lookin out.

  • I think that if you tied the first end to the third end and looped it around to the second end tied off to the 12 foot end multiplied then divided the end with the roped end of the counter end with sexy shorts end around the limb smaller than the arm but higher than 22 feet and tied a knot, you'll be ok. Fear not, as the bear will die of old age long before you finish this hang method. His great grand children could be a problem though.

  • @PeakSurvival, you look so sexy in this video.

  • 1 member of the taliban disliked this video. look, its a woman....and she's doing something... and her legs arent covered!

  • 0:25 teach me

  • Why not tie the other end to something or use a tent peg to steak the other end down. You wouldn't need a special pole

  • the cameran man is good only from 6 to 12 sec ^^

  • wana see my bear bags?

  • Comment removed

  • please do more vids in those shorts. thumbs up if u agree.

  • Yogi and Booboo would have no problem getting to a "Bear Bag".

  • @ihaveairlockers

but they were smarter than the average bear.

  • see its those shorts that attract the creepy pervs

  • @daybydaysurvival it s no creepy perv we re like u we love nature and the same nature who gave u this nice ass and/or pretty face

  • Respond to this video...

  • @daybydaysurvival

No mam, those idiots are everywhere already, to bad that they have to try and show how immature they are when someone is trying to teach.

  • @Dancerpro1 im a guy

  • Who else would find extreme pleasure viewing Selica mudd wrestling ThePatriotNurse? I'll donate a whole months wages to either ladies favorite charity.

  • dam whata body

  • You go girlfriend!

  • 1:54 no voulme, looks like she is jacking cock off

  • @bacchus1a

    LMAO

  • @bacchus1a

    you are one vulgar ass.

  • @bacchus1a

    you are one vulgar a/hole.

  • watch this vid with no volume. also the one thing the cameraman did right was zoom in on her sexy ass

  • Hey, before you even start, you have to pick the proper tree and branch: 1st is to pick the proper branch. Bears have tech. They approach a bear bagged tree in a certain way. First, they look for a tie-down rope. Second, they climb the tree and try to bounce the branch until the bag walks off the end. Third, they try to snap off the branch. If the tree will not survive this standard bear approach (in the sierras), then hanging your food is an exercise in futility.

  • HAHAHAHA! Nice Jump Shot! too funny Keep up the good work and the great videos!

  • thank god for mute

  • I use The PCT Method. It is a lot easier and faster but that is just my opinion. Good video though, keep them coming.

  • Selica has such awesome curves.

    I think I’m in love.

  • @gjonesy9 fight ya for her lol knuckle up punk:) but great video Selica...something about legs;) but all of a sudden I have a strange desire to buy bear bags...when there's no bears in my country:)

  • @mlndstream

    O Brother, Where Art Thou?

I don’t know what they names is. I seen ‘em first!

    (lol)

  • thanks! good video,useful information :)

  • Nice video! Very informative! Good job!

  • Did anyone notice if she was married?!

  • i would so let her teach me about bear backing...

  • i ve watched this video 5 time and i still have no idea how to do this,

cause i get distracted by how beatiful you are. <3

  • you have two bags of food ...you making me hungry ...as a bear

  • @gasdorf

    Such a child!

  • @Dancerpro1 <---this channel is deleted troll is gone lol

  • nice survival shorts ^^.

  • 1:54 - 1:55

  • WELCOME BACK! Looking fwd to seeing more new videos Selica.

  • Hmm... interesting,

Why use a counterweight instead of just tying off the slack end???

  • Cool Method! I always end up with less rope than I planned by the time I'm done with the campsite, I need to remember to bring a designated bear bagging cord.

  • I love Helly Hansen shirts.

  • Nice, thank you.

  • It was 85 degrees here in Florida yesterday.

  • I met this really smart fellow on the AT during my thru-hike. He was using his boot as a weight to throw his rope over a branch. I asked him if he really wanted to get that stuck up there.

  • Nice feet. Love the sandals.

  • @peaksurvival . I love winter i wont trade it for mosquito bites . Eaven if that means shoveling my driveway all the frek& time like a mad man . Whats with the snowless imvoronnement ? do you migrate with the season?

  • Selica; what do you think about bear canisters? I find it almost impossible to hang a bear bag. What I do in Illinois since we have no black bears, I have created my own anti-raccoon canister from two clean paint cans bolted together. This works well for me now but in the future when my girls are older I will be taking them canoeing in areas with bears.

  • nice throw

  • I'm jealous of the weather, where are you?

  • Be careful throwing a nalgean over I ran into a situation where I had the Nalgean attached to a rope with a carabineer and the carabineer clipped right on the bear wire I was throwing it over. Could have lost Rope Carabineer and Nalgean if it wasn't for a camp staff that shimmied up the rope to retrieve.

  • Selica, what happened to part III of the survival knife vids? IIRC, you have to get to the Martindale #2. And speaking of survival -and since you are in Miami- how about a beach survival vid with you in a bikini? :-)

  • Thank you, young lady.

  • @peaksurvival I apologise for my outburst. Peace!

  • To retrieve the bag, use a stick with a hook on the end to bring down one bag, then untie it, and lower the other bag. 'Simples' ;)

  • I posted the question to this already but I have an idea you may wish to incorporate. It will only require a carabiner. Tie a carabiner on the end of the slack rope and wedge it into the side of the counterbalance bag. If no straps are present on the bag, tape it on there. Now, all you would have to do is hook the stick into the carabiner and pull (if taped, it may require some force). Just an idea.

  • I can protect you from bears.

  • This is the best video so far!!!

  • She hot but dont agree with the Jesus sandals

  • @MrBawston hahah its hot out in Miami...:)

  • @PeakSurvival Are there bears in Fla? Dont think so. J/k good vid

  • @spectre4130 I lived in Florida for two years. Yes there are black bears in Florida!

  • @MrBawston I think she looks amazing in 'em.

  • @MrBawston She has very nice feet...

  • @MrBawston She has very nice feet, leave her alone...

  • @MrBawston She has very nice feet, leave her alone...

  • Nice, great tip on the branch size!

  • I've been camping in bear country for 25 years + and only seen 2 bears , good idea Selica . Great video as always . sooo hot .

  • She made it first try! I have to practice I guess, cause I never make it 1st or 15th try! LOL!

  • @UTubeMartyr Don't get to camp late and try this. Easier when you can see the branch you are trying to hit. We have had 15 try nights ... not fun!

  • penis

  • I've subscribed for along time and never realized how hot she was, what a body!...you go girl!

  • Great vid as always...but what happens when I get the MUNCHIES at night??? LoL

  • Hypothetical question? If someones x wife got were to get stuck in a bear bag with a pizza, some twinkies and some dollar value meal burgers and the bear bag weighed say 500lbs...How would one go about hoisting this up a tree without the aide of pulleys and/or come-alongs? I think one could use the momentum of a car to get this bag at least 3 feet off the ground as long as the branch and bumper were strong enough?

  • Another wonderful video. Another great production. Thank you.

  • Hi there! - Thanks for showing, nice trick.

  • thanks for wearing those shorts

  • Love your sandals!

  • Tomb raider, lol.

  • Thanks Selica for the new video! You are a big traveler, in the past years we saw videos from You from Canada, UK, now Miami... Take care!

    -hunter

  • If the bags are both 12' off the ground and the cord is tied to the bottom of a bag how do you get them down again?

  • she is so hot

  • What kind of skincare do you use?

  • well done

  • how would you get it down?

  • @RavenBlaze Wait until you get really really hungry and I bet you figure it out.

  • @EconoChallenge ask the bear to help u?

  • Do you get tired of guys saying you are attractive on YouTube? We see no ring on that finger.

  • Well presented!

  • ohhh... bear bagging... I pictured something completely different!

make sure to do this away from your camp to avoid being woken up or sniffed up in the middle of the night :)

  • ok...:}..ummm where i live im not wearing shorts and tshirt..what gives??..good vid

  • i just finnished shoveling the whole driveway and all i can see si sumertime where you are ...

  • @alexgoyettemobile HAHAHA! I just came in from shoveling my driveway too...and breaking about 2 inches of ice that was covered by the snow. I wish it was summer

  • Thanks Peak for the great demo. I do have to say that you could make a demo of building an outhouse look awesome. Good looks and survival skills what else could you want. Really what else could you want.

  • wooo booty shorts haha

  • Another neat video. You all think of everything. LoL! You are totally awesome, Selica!

  • First I have heard someone mention the limb thickness to prevent bear access. Good tip.

  • @Woodenarrows Still will not protect you from an industrious squirrel.

  • @EconoChallenge I recently purchased an 'Outsak UL' for the critters (squirrels, mice, racoons and birds). I figure if I hang that as a bear bag, my food should be pretty safe from most anything.

  • @Woodenarrows Just checked them out. Fairly pricey piece of gear. My food bag has been attacked by three of the critters you have mentioned over the years. It never ended a trip early but I did have to share food for the last few days on one trip. Not sure if that is often enough to justify the price.

  • @EconoChallenge Pricing sometimes is worry free peace of mind. If you are not in bear country, you don't have to hang it. Just tether to something so it doesn't get carried off. It's cheaper and lighter than a Ursack (at 4 oz) and cheaper than a tent. Had a tent chewed up years ago trying to keep food away from squirells :-)

  • the question I'm having throughout this whole video is how to get the bags down.. I've been always told to just tie your bags to one side and tie the other side a local tree trunk or rock

  • DAT LEGS

  • another great video. welcome back

  • Thanks for sharing, camping in bear country makes everything more interesting

  • so silica r u a thong person or pantie person

  • Quite honestly I think its just easier to sleep with a shotgun.

    -TEW

  • maybe i should hang myself up thier ...do humans taste like chicken?

  • @gasdorf depends what excersise you do marathon runners taste like steak sprinters taste like chicken

  • @PeakSurvival how would know? = )

  • @gasdorf one time while in russia many years back, we came upon a frozen dead guy that had gotten drunk while ice fishing and lay where he passed out. Due to dropping temps, people are often found this way, even in the city parks. dont know when to stop drinking. well later that night while drinking ourselves a bet be layed upon me and another. to try human. we tried a fillet off the back, just below the neck, figured whod know, not like chicken at all. like stringy beef. true story, got pics!

  • @PHARRAOH Dude, are you doing schtick? You seriously carved up a dead drunk in the woods and put a fillet of hairy back over the campfire and ate that shit? Nah, gotta be schtick.

  • @gasdorf actually humans taste more like pork.

  • @Whisper6911

Certain cannibals called human "long pork".

  • Thumbs up for hot chicks doing manual labor.

    -TEW

  • uknow if u just tie both bags to one end, and tie off the cord to a stationary object,

u will need only the actual 12 feet u are going to use, instead of the 24 suggested in the video.

why make things more complicated then they need to be?

  • @Whisper6911 We are a group of 4 guys trying to hang food for 10 days. On day one or two with all four bags on the one rope you feel like you need a crane to get it up in the tree. This might work when we can only find one really good branch near camp.

  • @EconoChallenge well think about this: ure gonna have to hoist one bag all the way to the top

so u can get enuff rope to attach the other and get the 2 of them to hang at half that hight.

so how does that preserve energy?

  • @Whisper6911 Just off the top of my head (cause we have not tried this yet) I think we all have close to the same weight in food at the start. So two bag is easier to lift than four. Once you get the other two bags on the other side they would be counter balance and move up and down easier. However ... as you correctly point out ... you are going to pull two bags twice as far using this method. I say its even either way.

  • u r too cute and those shorts r killing me... oh dear, i think im in love hehehe

oh yeah, thanks 4 the tip too.

  • YAY your BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I could sleep so much better if I was in the tree and he food was on the ground.

  • That is a good idea, but you did not say how to retrieve the bags. I assume a branch to bring one back down with. Good to have you back. Take Care :-))

  • What about running a line over a branch in two different trees to have the bear bag suspended between the two trees? That way there is no worry about whether or not a bear might be able to climb out on a branch.

  • @DMorehead1960 yes this is good but normally need more cord and you have to throw it over 2 branches so can take longer.

  • In Miami, Nice and warm

  • @PeakSurvival Great idea for where we are hiking. I am thinking it would not work in Miami. Not known for bears. ;-)

  • There is a bear watching you at :59 in your vid. It's just right of your right hand hiding in the forest. I'm glad it didn't get you!

  • the girl is a picture of perfection.

  • @chemicalsweet13 i agree 10+

  • Nicely done thanks for the video

  • ....thanks....we've missed you!

  • T-shirt weather?

  • Where are you? There is no snow? First!
