i usually tell people to do for 50 weightless (no weights). work your way up.. and then do as many as you can.... pick a crazy number and try to do that many.
it might be posture, are you using weights?? If so are you looking down? If down start looking up... if no weights - try putting your hands behind your head.
too much talk this vid, cant u just get into it and show us more squat type exercises? i think we all know the theory

sprinting- hell yes

it will probably help with running as it will make your legs stronger. As for me, NOTHING helps me with running except running.
