Yay! Great stuff, Kaylie! This reminds me of when I went on a muffin making craze last time I was home. Didn't do cornbread, was using lots of berries instead at the time. Delicious. This video made me miss them so much! I think the only thing I did differently for my recipes was adding the eggs into the wet ingredients bowl first because it makes less of a mess when I try to beat them with a wisk or fork and allows me to see that I'm doing it thoroughly.
