@Mattchu1995 I'm not really sure, but I think she was pregnant. The long haired girl (kotonoha) was using "let me cut you open just cause i want to confirm you being pregnant" as a sarcastic excuse for her to just kill her.

The short haired girl (sekai) was only a few weeks pregnant and unless kotonoha was some badass skilled nurse, she wouldn't be able to find the fetus inside sekai anyway just by digging around for a few seconds since it'd be too small .

This anime, up to the violent killings, is absoulte garabage. Well, no, not garabage. JUST INCREDIBLLY CLICHE, and if that's your thing, then you got what you wanted.
