similar thing happened except I was shot, crashed, bounced back up off the ground, and started speeding like the first plane. After a while the screen went black and I could only hear the engine sound... game was fine, probably exceeded the sound barrier :D

similar thing happend to me! check out! tipe in IL2 epic bug and first one! Just my plane was bouncing

Nah, actually he was still in the game. I found him just after i turned off fraps. His other 3 ghosts were still there. Weird bug
