It's actually impossible to land this set without fucking up your foot (Hall of Meat mode). I guarantee you he fell off as soon as he got out of frame. It's possible only if you ollie into a ramp at the bottom.

You can't land this, the sheer height will always make you bail. You can easily grind the rail down it and you can also easily gap the next couple sets of stairs down from that with the right speed.

You have to jump to make the gap and you will always fall from the height. I don't think you're thinking of this staircase.
