si is just a more fun car, its all a matter of practicality. If you want a faster car with a sport suspension, get the si, but if you dont want to have those, you just dont pay for it. (for some reason the tc actually gets WORSE fuel economy than the si at 28 mpg highway compared to the si's 29 highway)

for real. From what I've seen for someone to boost a civic si high, you need to lay some serious cash to make sure the engine can handle it because of its already high compression. tC you can run low boost and beat any civic si with 3 - 4 k :) am I wrong?
yeah, almost no matter the car (especially cheaper ones) you are not going to have a tranny that is going to be able to handle the new power. if you boost a car (bout 5k) you will need to do some serious improvements to it, even on a scion since its a pretty cheap car.

tc's suck. that was my si friend who put that. i drive a colorado and i honestly think tc's suck too. i dont get it, si's and cobalt ss/tc are much better than a tc and are close to the price.

I hate to tell you little kids something but I have DESTROYED Scion TCs at will with my '08 Si. I've never lost a race and laugh my ass off as I look at that sorry ass TC in my rear view mirror. I'll take on a TC any day of the year and drop money on it. It's clear the Si in this video got out late but within a matter of seconds, it was right up on the TC and beyond it. Keep trying and wishing TC lovers. Ha Ha Ha Ha...Laughing all the way to the bank.
