  • What i see the problem in some old skul coaches is doin too much endurance workout, but no explosiveness. But this one is a great one.

    Btw, how do i organize a my time for Endurance one and Explosiveness?

  • @kb826062871 Good question - Explosiveness OR Strength will be a primary exercise selection. Strength endurance is done later in our workouts. So a workout could look something like this: Explosive lift, unilateral supplementary, posterior chain supplementary, strength endurance supplementary.

    That's just one of may ways to break it up.

  • nice....what about doing something for the hamstrings though? or will this hit them as well?

  • @SFO14 somewhat - but I would choose another exercise if you are only looking to hit the hamstrings. I like GHRs.
