I think it goes (133211) F/C (1x3311) with the stumming for the Ooooh Ooooh bit at the start

then on F through the verse palm mute but every so often the open F chord

then it goes to Dminor (xx0231) C (x355xx) Bflat (x133xx)

then back to the F and F/C for the ooohs :D
