  • thank you for the video.

  • love your accent <3

  • Very awesome! Thanks so much for this video!!

  • What brand name knife did you use to cut the orange?

  • i fucking love oranges!! :D

  • What a stud.

  • I personally now think its better to slice an orange like in this video instead of peeling it with a spoon, fork, or your hands. Everytime i peel i always make a mess and there is really a lot of pith on it.. But this method is great. I'm now going to start using a method with an sharp nife as it doesn't leave any pith at all and makes you enjoy oranges more when there isn't as much pith.

    Thanks! =)

  • This was awesome, Chef! Now I know what to do with my recipe. Idk, but thanks to you and this helpful video, I know precisely what to do. Many thanks!

  • Wow, it looks so simple! This is just what I needed.

  • yumm

  • all these years, I've wondered how people got those nice clean sections for ambrosia. Now, I feel silly for not having conquered this sooner. Thanks Gerald.

  • veryyyy helpful!

  • Just what I was looking for, plus a little more. Thanks!

  • very useful and quick. i wondered why you should remove the pith, it's bitter!
