Ive nearly finished the Book on Richard called 'The Ice Man'. Its an interesting read. The author paints a picture of a vulnerable man who became a contract killer through poor circumstance. I almost felt sorry for him. He killed people who where also involved in crime.
But he also on occasion killed innocent people. On one occasion it was simply to try a new weapon. The world is a better place without him.
Most likely only 1 person gave Richard his orders. And most likely those who did are dead.
