  • Grats on perfectly predicting Bigfoot/Cormier.

  • keep dese b.ds comin war hughes lol

  • hey guys..amazing analysis..i trained with royce and your father back in 94..great to see the tradition evolving. Speaking of evolving..at 5:43 when you do that nice reversal to half guard why not go to deep half or waiter sweep from there? Back to quarter or traditional half seems less effective to me..watcha think? Keep it coming!!!!!! jiu jitsu!! jiu jitsu!! jiu jitsu!!

  • Could you guys, at some point, please break down Fedor vs. Hong Man Choi? This is a short fight, and there was a whole lot of Jiu jitsu going on in this, and Fedor won with an armbar.

  • could you breakdown the gokor chivichyan vs mr. maeda match please

  • I think it would be great if you first play the actual clip before you break it down

  • @BloodCellBleed For sure! If it was legal, I'm sure they would. But it probably is not.

  • lol @ combat sambo

  • Lol at how EVERYTHING is "jiu-jitsu" to the Gracies. It's not "Fedor used his Combat Sambo", they say "Fedor used his jiu-jitsu", wtf LOL, he doesn't even train jiu-jitsu!!

  • @SpyWhoLovedHimself Many of Sambo ground skills come from Jiu Jitsu.

  • @ibaneziano some of sambo grouds skills come from JAPANESE JJ. And vice versa. Problem is: the Gracies want to credit their brand of JJ, but its they who take from other arts (nothing wrong with that) But not giving proper credit? ...a lot wrong with that.

  • @SpyWhoLovedHimself ya someone could do a professional wrestling figure four leglock and they'll probably call it GJJ.

  • bloodpacks your retarded, those guys ur claiming like a little bitch know bjj also dumbass

  • wow u guys are awesome. keep doing what you do!

  • Comment removed

  • fedor should go training with the gracie , he will be the very very very very best

  • Hmm i wonder why there is NO BREAKDOWN ON,Royce Gracie lost to (Kazushi Sakuraba,Matt Hughes).Renzo Gracie lost to (Kazushi Sakuraba,Matt Hughes).Crosley Gracie lost to (Melvin Manhoef,Akihiro Gono).Ryan lost to (Tokimitsu Ishizawa, Kazushi Sakuraba).Ralph Gracie lost to (Takanori Gomi)From what i understand all those fighters who defeated all the GRACIES above ARE NOT TRAIN BY GRACIE FAMILY MEMBERS.Im just curious without the skills of gracies BJJ how did they manage to win all the gracies?

  • @BloodPacks I'd like to see you talk shit to Ryron or Rener to their face. They are simply breaking down fights that displayed great BJJ and adding in some opinions on possible positions that could have arised. I've never seen a video of their breakdowns where they said you can only be good at jiu jitsu if you train with a gracie, they always give respect to all the fighters in their breakdowns so stop talking shit.

  • @NeoOsiris19 he is not talking shit I'd like to hear as well how they would breakdown fights of Gracie vs Sakuraba x 4, Ralph Gracie's lost to Gomi for less than a minute and so on. This is not talking shit but asking them to breakdown as well. You mean to say that Gracies have an attitude and nobody can ask them this in their face?

  • Love this video series guys. Top notch stuff.

  • @GracieBreakdown You guys are the best. Your breakdown videos (and your other videos as well) are always interesting and entertaining---thanks!

  • Man, i can't wait for werdum-overeem in just 8 days!

this will be the ultimate test for jiu-jitsu in the form of werdum against boxing/muay-thai overeem!

  • im gona come train with use one day!!

  • Fedor did not train for the fight he was out of shape Major and he even said before the fight that he would retire the fact is Fedor has not cared about fighting since 2008 he want's to raise his daughter and be with his family plus if you look how out of shape and pale he was against Silvia. Now if you look at the fight with mirko cro cop fedor was a golden tan color and very much in shape slivia fought a fedor that did not want to really fight and that does not car about fighting any more.

  • @V3770 lol yeah you have no idea what you're talking about the sport is jsut evolving nobody who was the best back then is still the best they all have troubles competing with top guys today and i don't see how his tan has anything to do with him fighting but his skin was whiter probably because when he fought silva it was winter.

  • Did he actually say "Fedors JuiJitsu"? lol

  • Watch Fedor vs NOg 1. Fedor destroyed and out grappled Nog. Fedor's problem in this match is that he is past his prime and outweighed by 55 lbs.

  • I am a gracie fan since UFC 1. but I wanted to know if these guys have done Gracie vs Hughes, fair is fair. Right?

  • @greyfoxau All it was was a straight arm bar. Hughes was stronger, that's all there is too it,

  • @TheWestley0907 There was one point in the fight (Royce vs Hughes) where Hughes took down Gracie and you can see clearly that Royce could of wrapped his legs around Hughes going into guard position but he didn't, he let Hughes go to the side, thus Hughes ended on gracie's back. I don't know what Royce was thinking , but he easily had the ability to wrap his legs to enable himself the guard position on his back. That's why I wanted these to show what he could or should of done, no disrespect.

  • sometimes lost can caused someone to improved better where Fedor will learnt his mistakes...He'll be back just like Cung Le

  • yea fedor has the best record becouse PRIDE sucks his dick and gives him fights that he should have lost like the Aron fight.

  • This is such a good analysis. I need Jiu Jitsu.

  • at 2:27 holding the throat with your fingers is not legal in "every" MMA organisation and Silva did it in the 2nd round very very often....i just noticed that

  • Those kind of "how to " videos are stupid, useless and annoying.Being in a real fight is nothing like in training with your "buddy" on top of you ...

  • yeah he had 55lb pound wieght advantage, which is breaking the 265lbs weight limit!i thinks its bill shit.MAKE SILVA WIEGH N ON THE FIGHT DAY AT 265.then A REAMATCH!IMO bigfoot cheated by shooting up in wieght putting on up too 30lbs over the weight limit in HW.I call bullshit and a rematch.imo fedor would have been throwing bigfoot around, and pounding the shit outta him,IF HE WOULD NOT HAVE BROKE THE RULES!and just NOT EXCEED THE LIMIT right before the fight,i think the ankle lock woulda got him

  • How you guys talking shit about Fedor!! Shit he did not loose but was told he could not continue due to eye being closed. That guy has massive amount of technique, just cause it is not Ju Jit Su does not mean it is not intricate. You guys have no idea, because your mind is stiff. Silva did well, but why you taking away from him, by saying Fedor is about power. How you think he got that power, because he understands his art and body i.e. good technique.

  • realllly good break down yet again. I like how he called Silva a guerrilla. haha.

  • why didn't fedor's ankle lock work?

  • @boyfungus

Maybe he was tired from having that giant on him punching him. Maybe the angle was a little off.

  • fedor sux

  • Hmm i wonder why there is NO BREAKDOWN ON,Royce Gracie lost to (Kazushi Sakuraba,Matt Hughes).Renzo Gracie lost to (Kazushi Sakuraba,Matt Hughes).Crosley Gracie lost to (Melvin Manhoef,Akihiro Gono).Ryan lost to (Tokimitsu Ishizawa, Kazushi Sakuraba).Ralph Gracie lost to (Takanori Gomi)From what i understand all those fighters who defeated all the GRACIES above ARE NOT TRAIN BY ANY GRACIE FAMILY MEMBERS.Im just curious without the skills of gracies BJJ how did they manage to win all the gracies?

  • @BloodPacks WHAT abouth rickson your fucking ass?he fight like 200 fights and win all DOUCHE

  • @doidodasluta Win 200 fights?may i kindly ask you where did u get those information from?have u witness any of those fights? Was it being record by any of the Martial Arts Organization?Go and Fucking read it on wikipedia he credits himself. He only had 11 professional fights. So the other 200 fights who he fought nobody knows he could just beat up some kid off the street.

  • @doidodasluta Be honest to yourself there are thousand of people train boxing how many of them make it as big as Mike Tyson or Manny Pacquiao? There are thousand of people in Russia learn Sambo even Fedor own brother but how many could be a champion like him?SO stop Fucking giving me that Gracie BJJ Bullshit alright. Its the Fighter not the art he is train with.Rickson is a great fighter himself he will be just as great if he picks up some other martil arts. This are the facts like it or not.

  • @doidodasluta Rickson Gracie Mixed martial arts record

    Total 11

    Wins 11

    By knockout 0

    Losses 0

  • @BloodPacks well fedor win a a judo championship in his youth, bjj is a variation of Judo (on the floor) and also Sambo is .So you're being contradictory here because if you talk bad about bjj have to talk about sambo too ,for that reason your argument was therefore trying to tarnish the image of gracie.Seriously most of the victories with big guys of Fedor was by submissions . So do not denigrate any type of martial art.

  • @doidodasluta Which part of my comment says that sambo is better that Gracie bjj or did i say Bjj was not a variation of judo?Pls read b4 you fucking reply.Yes agree fedor win most of the fights with submissions so am i right to say we still get so many MMA champion without Gracie Bjj.ju-jitsu mean ju-jitsu there is no such thing as Gracie BJJ Gracies dont owned that art.they are just famous practitioner of that art thats all.Do you hear Tyson boxing? Fedor Sambo?

  • @doidodasluta Walk the talk face the facts You dont need Gracie BJJ to know how to defend yourself or become a champion and many Gracies from the family lost to people who dont train in Gracie BJJ.Kazushi Sakuraba is 1 good example.Crosley Gracie lost to Melvin Manhoef a guy who dont know any form of grappling.Hope we can talk some facts and its all tested and proven facts im not talking crap alright go do your research.

  • Imagine if Fedor trained with some black belts for 2 months. These guys nailed it

  • Lmao these guys are trying to encourage people to use BJJ in a STREET FIGHT? Lol this only makes sense if you plan on using judo throws in the fight.

9 times out of 10 thugs WILL have some form of weapon such as a knife and they WILL stab/bite/eye-gouge you if you take them down. Besides, you don't know if the other guy has some buddies hanging around, ready to back him up.

i like bjj and everything, but its only safe to use in MMA or when you're 100% sure the fight is 1 vs 1

  • @R0b0mammal

you have no idea what you are talking about....

  • @ThewayofBushido Well in that case, your BJJ skills must allow you to break 4 arms at once and magically prevent other people from attacking you in a street fight :P

  • Gracies must show Fedor vs Nogueira(first, second and third fight) breakdown.

If didnt show-BJJ is a shit martial art, which fighters lie on the ground like pussy.if Japanese judo master Maeda hadnt came to Brasilia,Bjj wouldnt never appear. So,Bjj is a tottaly bullshit.

Bigfoot just a weight shit, and Fedor older than Bigshit, thats all,Gracies.

  • guys, are you brothers? or close body friend

  • ))) nice guys. big feet ))

  • Yeah, what about kimura and footlock in the end of second round?

  • @dethra they didnt just "change it some" they developed the entire ground game. Traditional martial arts grappling is not like you see in BJJ, they don't hold each other down and transition to dominant positions/sweep, all that shit. The locks and chokes might be the same but the way they get there is completely different.

  • @dethra i'm sorry but pankration and pancrase are two different things.

  • @strychninecologne i literally cannot follow youtube comments sorry

  • To bad Fedor eye was closed, a 3 round would be great.

  • thanks for posting this you guys!

  • This is one of my favorite Youtube series to date. I really like your attitude, enthusiasm and respect. Always learn new details every time I watch. Keep up the awesome work, professors. I especially liked that you pointed out Fedor's recovery strategy with the botched arm triangle by bringing Silva into halfguard. It was beautiful watching a guy Silva's size move so smoothly from transition to transition.

  • Good bye FEDOR.Loser.

Fedor was in perfect shape and he lost. There is no excuse. All his punches were off target.

Fedor says that his preparation is the same regardless of the opponent. He is either lying or he is a religious full.

MMA is not like religion.MMA is like science.

Lets be real. From now on everybody will beat Fedor.Next will be either Overeem or Werdum again. My guess is Werdum.

Only miracle can put Fedor back in the tournament.

Fedor was completely dominated on the ground.COMPLETELY!

  • @gespilk быдло.

  • @gespilk

    Wow you're mad

    Y U SO MAD?

  • There is no bigger foot.

  • @dethra yes, but Japanese jujitsu is NOT Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Thats like saying Henry Ford didnt create the Modern T, Karl Benz did. The Gracies took JJJ and Judo and applied their mindsets and ideas onto it, modifying it so it became a whole "unique" system of its own. BJJ is distinctively different from JJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo and most other grappling arts. Those distinct differences were the Gracie's ideas. not arguing with you, just saying. :)

  • I like that mount escape they showed. I've done something like that in the past where I turn to my back and buck very quickly to try to maybe pop them off of me, forward onto the ground in front of my head, but since that usually doesn't happen, I pop one of my legs to the outside of theirs, then turn back around onto my back to end up in half-guard. The ones they show here seems to be more reliable and safer (so there's less of a chance they get the hooks in). I'll have to try it.

  • According to Wiki, Fedor doesn't know BJJ. He knows judo and sambo, which have common techniques with BJJ, but he doesn't train strict BJJ -- unless Wiki's wrong, which it could be.

  • Mr. Gracies I just wanted to know since you guys really do know alot of stuff about jiujitsu if you guys also know anything about any of the other grappling arts.

like Judo, Sambo, greco roman and freestyle wrestling, and catch wrestling. I would love for you guys to make a video breaking down the pros and cons of Judo, Sambo, greco roman and freestyle wrestling, and catch wrestling.

  • When Fedor was mounted and on his side he extended his arm baiting silva to go for an armbar, it´s a technique he describes in his book called the reverse bridge summersault escape. Silva probably read the book tho and went for the arm triangle.

  • tretas........

  • Lol Bigfoot used the patented rape choke.

  • AWESOME VID

  • Thank you

  • @4z4r3th I know... do you think that is normal or bizarre? Thats almost 10 kg overnight

  • @13Doses its pretty typical for fighters to gain 20lbs after weigh in. its called rehydration. GSP cuts 20lbs to make 170. he fights/walks at 190+. A Silva cuts from 215/220 to 185. i myself have cut 12 pounds just by not eating carbs and not drinking water, these guys are professionals, they can do even better.

  • Great video guys, thank you for taking the time to breakdown the fight.

  • The best fighters in the world by a mile: A. Silva(Brazil), Shogun(Brazil), Aldo(Brazil), GSP(Canada), Fedor(Russia).

The US might have more fighters in American mma, which you'd think would translate to more top tier successes for their fighters, yet it's non of its fighters run amongst the big dogs.

You can't put Rampage, Rashad or Griffin in the same league. The closest is Velasquez (who considers himself a "Brown Pride" Mexican) and Jon Bones Jones(the best American hope).

  • @Bardolph1978 Hominick has a chance against aldo so may be 2 canadians!

  • @Bardolph1978

Is this in response to someone else? Who honestly gives a shit which country a fighter comes from? These types of nationalistic "debates" that I see surrounding MMA all the time are for children, IMO.

  • PLEASE TELL US WHY FEDOR LEGLOCK DIDNT WORK.

  • I love the videos, but could you make them in 480 or 720 format? I would appreciate that. Thanks again guys.

  • silva walks around at almost 300 pounds so it was much more than 30 pounds

  • @dethra the gracies DID create BJJ.

  • @dethra haha what the hell, what are you talking about. they literally did create BJJ. it's based on judo taught by maeda to carlson gracie and made huge by helio gracie in the early 1900s. pancrase is shootfighting, a completely different discipline but also a grappling art and of course the two styles will have locks in common because they were shared by many many grappling styles.

  • You can't critcise Russian Sambo in anyway though, Fedor is still a champion and the one of the world's best and most inspirational fighters and still holds the best record by far. Also at the very end when Fedor got Silva in a sambo knee lock that actually hurt Silva. In my opinion a 3rd round should have happened, Fedor got up perfectly fine and even said himself he would love another round. FEDOR FOREVER!

  • @unrealharry I agree on the fact that Antonio did get hurt recieving that sambo knee lock. He had trouble walking afterwards. After the fight I noticed him get support standing up from friends when beeing intervjued and photographed. They discuised it by making it look like a 'team hug' but they did support him when standing. Not that he wouldnt have fought the 3rd round. But he got hurt...

  • @unrealharry Fedor never did a "Sambo knee lock", he did try a straight ankle lock that Bigfoot said wasn't close.....

  • You guys are genius

  • Bigfoot had a 55 pound weight advantage over Fedor. Thats fucked up

  • @13Doses So. He still lost.

  • @13Doses it was only 30 pounds so not big difference.. fedor has beaten bigger guys though..

  • @hublist No Silva was 285 that night and Fedor was 230

  • @hublist

It was ONLY 30 pounds?!?! wtf..

I can tell you never had a physical contest with someone heavier then you..

Boxing when you fight someone 20 pounds heavier you feel it punches come with more WEIGHT from them..

And in BJJ you feel it too!! wtf.. if it was 10 pounds in neglible but anything over is very noticeble thats why theres weight classes dude!!!

try seeing how many sit ups you can do then put on a 30 pound vest and see how much harder it is to sit up

  • @13Doses He wouldn't have won if he didn't have the weight.

  • @13Doses NO thats not he shouldnt fight at heavy weight then if he cant deal with bigger guys i thought you guys said it was no problem he fought choi? now hes to big?

  • @lilsm555 that was back when he was in his prime years...

  • @unrealharry excuses

  • @lilsm555 Have you tried wrestling with someone with a 55 pound weight advantage? Hong Man was a can ill admit, but Silva is a previous steroid abusing genetic freak with a disease known as gigantism. He himself said he could not feel Fedors punches as his chin absorbed them all. They call him Bigfoot for a reason, and he is the Former and only Elite XC heavyweight champ im sick of people disregarding him as a good fighter

  • @13Doses yee bro it is but ! Fedor knows whats he's going up against .

  • @13Doses Fedor have fought much bigger guys then Silva :)

  • @youartoyube And he has always won up until now. Fedor's punches did not even hurt Silva at all. Theres the weight advantage coming into play again isn't it?

  • @youartoyube Yeah of course, WHEN HE WAS YOUNG, Don't compare stupid shit

  • @13Doses SO WHAT? BROCK HAD A 55 POUND WEIGHT ADVANTAGE ON CAIN, MEANT NOTHING. SILVA HAD A 55 POUND ADVANTAGE ON ANDRE ARLOVSKI, COUDNT FINISH ARLOVSKI.

  • @lordofkronos I take it back maybe the weight advantage didn't play a big of a part as i said it did. But Silva didn't finish fedor and fedor fought till the doctor stoppage after surviving numerous submission attempts. The fight against Cain wasn't even a fight it was a slaughter. Brock got finished man and he's gonna get finished by JDS again. But until Fedor gets knocked down im not counting him out, he's still a great fighter for a small heavyweight.

  • @13Doses fedor was gassed. he was as gassed as shogun was against jon jones. maybe he had a bad training camp or something. if fedor had his usual cardio, he would not of gotten taken down and mounted so easily. he looked like a newb out there.

  • @lordofkronos I thought he was a bit reckless and he thought he had something to prove. He jumped into Silva's guard twice knowing he got triangle choked by Werdum and he threw a reckless overhand right in the 2nd round that got him taken down

  • @13Doses yea fedor's arrogance gave him another loss. he believes his own hype

  • @13Doses should make a super heavyweight division

  • Silva is not a good fighter, it just so happens that Fedor is no longer in his prime. He was done along time ago. It has nothing to do with Gracie Jui Jitsu. Fedor used Sambo for a very long time, and was able to win most of his fights. Sorry, im not giving you that guys, these Gracie fighters think they are the best in the world, they are not. There is no sufficient MMA style, its how you use it.

  • @illuminatijews Silva IS a good fighter, what he did in the Fedor fight was textbook BJJ. Fedor's style has always been about speed and explosiveness, and i agree, he has lot some of that, which ultimately led tp his defeat. Silva on the other hand has alot of technique in his fights, he isnt just just using his weight, he's using it effectively.

  • Damn I remember when you two were just a couple of teens walking around the academy in Torrance! I love the analysis, awesome stuff!

  • Great Breakdown Like always!! Thanks a lot guys! But i got one question if you guys can see this post?? In the 1st round Big Foot was in Half Gaurd on his back and Fedor was on top. Fedor went for a Kimura but missed it? Can you break that part down please?? Thanks a lot guys!

  • Do a Roger Gracie vs Trevor Prangley

  • Great video guys thank you for sharing.

  • Why would fedor expect to be at the bottom, i mean bigfoot was only 280 and a bjj black belt... big misstake obviusly. Why couldnt we get fedor on a diet and then he would own the 205 division. Great video guys.

  • @stubben24 I was thinking the same thing, the truth is he is Fat and overweight, weighed in at 230 with heavy jeans clothes ect, so 225 if he went naked. he has a huge gut which means he has alot of fat to loose he has easily 20 pounds of blubber. , then he would be easy 4 pounds to cut during day B4 weigh ins. this shows he is not motivated at all. He would run through everyone at 205, even in UFC he would. HW UFC no chance JDS, cain, i think even brock would beat him, Nogeira

  • @NukeLok1 UFC Heavyweight division overrated. All the of the Vets in the UFC heavyweight division are over the hill and used as stepping stones. They only have a few up and comers that hardly ever fight each other. only Cain, JDS, and Carwin would stand a chance against the 8 Heavies in the turny. Strikeforce Heavyweights have more wins then the UFC heavyweights even have fights....

  • @MrGriffen666 LOL, the Strikeforce heavyweight division is so overrated it's crazy, the UFC heavyweight division has several good fighters, people think that the Strikeforce HW division is so amazing, name me a top 10 for Strikeforce's Heavyweight division. Here, i'll try. Overeem, Werdum, Bigfoot, Fedor, Rogers, Del Rosario, Cormier... Chad Griggs? I dont friggen know. and dont say Kharitonov or Barnett. Herschel fucking walker is probably in the top 10 for Strikeforce

  • @MrGriffen666 that's not to say that it's a weak division, it has legends and up and coming prospects, it's a stronger division than the UFC's, but not nearly as strong as guys like you will make it seem

  • @MrGriffen666 Same could be said of Strikeforce too. Heavyweights will always be a weak division because of lack of huge pool like every other classes. There just aren't enough huge men who are athletic, nimble, skillful and dedicated enough to do mixed martial arts 24/7.

Anyways, props to GracieBreakdown. This really helps an average fan like myself to know more about the art of grappling. Keep up the awesome work!

  • Why don't u guys breakdown Sakuraba vs Gracies?

  • You guys are amazing... keep up the great work!

  • WAUW I LOVE THOSE VIDEOS

  • i like the way they say "kimura"

  • You guys need to get your own TV show! the breakdowns are phenomenal and I always post them on my website at fightlockdowncom

  • also could u explain why fedor couldnt apply footlock end of rd 2??? also the attempted kimura from fedor and silvas escape

    thanks!

  • @choileefut i can tell You m8 , Kimura wasnt realy set , bigfoot said at the press conf that he tried to hold distance from fedor's armlocks , 2 ) footlock was really good , u can see silva letting fedor's foot go , and standing a little up , i think if he had just a little more time he could set that footlock and submit silva !

  • @BakiSonOfOgre The lock was going nowhere, he could have had 5 more minutes and wouldn't have gotten it.

  • @Kamma8 Can i Ask How Do You Know It Sir ? May be u are one of the Gracie or You spoke with Silva about it?

  • @BakiSonOfOgre Watch the fight, Silva isn't worried about him getting it all, he sits there waving his finger at him lol.

  • @Kamma8 You are a retard he is just pretending it , actually he let fedor"s leg go , he was just waiting for the bell to save his ass !

  • @choileefut That shows Fedor is humble but very sure of his techniques. He tried that same kimura on another giant in Brett Rogers and he was reversed again there. I thought on the ground he would be slightly different on the ground. But he didn't make that adjustment. His hands looked alright in my opinion in the 1st round, but then 2nd round, well we all saw what happened..

  • also could u explain why fedor couldnt apply footlock end of rd 2???

    thanks!

  • thanks

    this breakdown was perfect!!!!!!

  • Bigfoot could not have done that to Fedor if they were in a similar weight level. I respect Verdum's accomplishments, but I wasn't impressed with Bigfoot's win. Not Bigfoot's fault as he is in the right class. When Bigfoot submits one of the bigger fighters, I will be impressed. Right now he just layed on a smaller guy who is slowing down with age.

  • you guys are great.. i feel like signing for JJ or MMA classes now... keep 'em coming

  • Hey guys. just wondering if you could reply in a comment as to why Fedor wasnt able to finish his own leg lock. Thanks.

  • man i'd love to see R3 of that fight, too bad corner stopped it..

  • that was ill wow is all i can say

  • Cool vid. Subscribed to the channel. Slight over-hype of the family product is annoying, but oh well. And no comment on Fedor's attempt of the standing guillotine and famous kimura in the 1st? Not even on Silva's escapes from those? Come on.

  • great video!

  • do these guys fight

  • these guys are amazing. and i don't even like jui jitsu. i'm a standup guy. but how can you not love and respect these guys.

  • Love the breakdowns! You guys are the best.

  • is allowed to choke opponent in the fight like SILVA do tht on the fight???

  • is allowed to choke opponent in the fight like SILVA do tht on the fight???

  • Fedor beat Antonio Nogueira twice in his PRIME, What beat Fedor in this last fight was not jiu jutsu, it was fedor.

  • @popevx time catches up with every body eventually, it might not be today but eventually it will get you, and I know Im not the only one that realized that fedor compared to his 05, 06 days looks much smaller and less muscular, when he fought crocop in 2005 he was 245

  • @popevx I have to disagree with this sentiment. Silva came in with a great game plan. His trainers clearly watched many hours of Fedor's fights, and came up with a great strategy. I was actually very impressed that Fedor managed to weather that second round. There may not be any other fighters that could survive being mounted by someone with the technical skills of Antonio Silva--not to mention the tremendous weight advantage. Fedor should change his training, and move down to LHW or even MW.

  • @Krumpenstein lol @ MW

  • @Krumpenstein what the 1 from last year?

the guy never fights, is not motivated, he can easily make 205, yet he stays Fat , weighs in at 225 with heavy jeans ect. he could make 200 easy, he never fights, he doesnt want to fight anymore. otherwise he would go to UFC, he would drop weight, and get really fit. id say thats why dana didnt sign him, he wanted him to go to 205. fedor would get murdered in UFC HW division

  • @seinfeld11123 You're an idiot. The ufc HW division is really weak. Strikeforce has a vastly better HW division. The only people that don't know that are all the newbs that get their MMA knowlegde from dana nuts.

  • @seinfeld11123 Strikeforce HW division is much stronger then UFC, that is a FACT,,,,and UFC doesn t let figthers to fight on other organisations such as sambo turnemants.

  • Bigfoot won because he is better than Fedor, not because he was bigger. People need to stop crying about the death of the Fake Emperor and give Antonio Silva his props.

  • Big Foot was done after the 2nd round.....he looked exhausted.... I was positive Fedor could have won in the 3rd but the doctor stopped the fight....

  • Great analysis, great video, thx a lot for upload! I would like to add a quote by Emanuel Lasker, hope my translation is correct:
