@RockTheWalls well, i agree with you, but you have to realize that at least alex doesnt like hopeless, he played an acoustic song on the compromising... tour that was about his dislike of hopeless, and they didnt let them put that song on nothing personal because it was about them
i think its rediculous how people are reacting to this, bands need to progress in life, i mean everyone does to become more sucsessful, people go to college to become more succsessful, so there going into a bigger company witch will make them better then they are, if you were a true fan you would be so happy for them, and i am even though it wont be like how they were before, no one is, and i think its jsut me and i dont really think all time low are that mainstream.

Go listen to Sticks, Stones, & Techno from ATL's very first full-length. Then go listen to Weightless from their latest full-length. Same sound. They're the same guys. They have not sold out.

As much as I love Hopeless and what they've done for ATL, I understand that being a musician, you need to constantly progress or your career is over. That's what ATL's doing - progressing. Regardless if they're going to have fake fans or not, they're progressing. They cannot control what kind of fans they have. Thus, you can't hold that against them.

They spent a year on Emerald and did the fucking van tours, worked they're way up from the bottom of the barrel to the main stage on warped tour, and stayed loyal to hopelss for 3 years. Anyway, i wont stop listening to their music is they get big because i'll love them no matter what. They're music is just fantastic.
aw they're like hopeless record's babies, but it'd be awesome for them to be signed to the same people as blink-182, their idols. i'm so proud of these guys, they've stuck together since high school. (:

AtTL didn't sell out, they evolved, bands do that, everyone from A7X to ATL to Blink-182 has evolved the longer they are in the business.
