It is disgusting that there are people who describe this as cool. That is obviously a baby deer being killed. If this were happening in a natural environment, that would be different. But this was staged completely with a captured (or farm-raised) fawn and a trained raptor (who gives a flip what kind?). Anybody who finds this entertaining needs to be locked up with the perverted people who abuse children. Not a huge difference.

That is certainly a Golden Eagle. This one used a trick I see the Golden Eagles do around here all of the time. When out in the open, they scare the baby into running from its mother and catch it. If they stayed with their mothers, they'd survive. See how in this video the Eagle flipped the baby deer and didn't get hurt? That Eagle would have been seriously injured (if not killed) trying to do that with an adult. Just think... what happens to a car when it hits a deer? This was a baby.
