The footage on the tape did not show a sex act being committed nor did it depict exchange of money. The fact that the male subject freely admitted to giving money for sex was stupid, but it is not sufficient enough to build a case upon. Not only that, but because his lawyer wasn't present, it makes his confession void as it was a violation of his personal rights.

You really have been watching too many cop shows. If a person confesses to a third party it is admissable, especially when it's on tape. He didn't need a lawyer present because he made the confession before police arrived. Also, the tape shows a lewd act - which is the EXACT same statute as prostitution in Oklahoma.

The OKC Police responded & handled the case exactly the way their policies & procedures dictated that they handle it. Unless the officer actually sees the crime, there is really nothing that can be done.

From what I saw from the some of the great videos, the Police did came in responses to the calls from Brian. In Singapore, when we called the Police to inform about vice soliciting , they said they will refer to the Anti-Vice Dept., which took weeks or months or to attend to the problem.

In Singapore, prostitution is legalised via the licensed brothels which we don't have much problems. However, the STREET PROSTITUTION and PIMPS are the worse as they 'terrorise' the community and the residents living in the affected areas.
