Onii-tan and onii-chan are the same thing, but saying "tan" instead of "chan" is something a younger child would say (I'm guessing because they might accidentaly say "t" instead of "ch" or something?:P) and aniki is a more respective way to say "older brother". And same for the older sister terms :)

I think that aniki/aneki are hardcore, cool ways or whatever you call it to call an older brother/sister. Mostly used by gangsters and gangster-like little brothers and boyish girls, like Misaki. It does show respect, but I don't think you can use it to elite people. It's rude in some ways. Elite people use "onii-sama" or "onee-sama" I'm not sure of the ane-ue though. Haven't asked the way it should be use. But it still means older sister. ^^)v
