I really like this book. I was scared of this book a long time ago. I wish i had this book. My favorite story was the "white wolf". I wish i was rich like the bucter.
ME TOO! When I was little I was too scared to even look at these books, but when I got older they became quite fun to have at sleepovers^^ I'm turning 13 in two weeks and I got these just for the occasion. It'll be sure to scare my buddies!
UGH none of the comments I wrote are showing up. Anyways.....thanks so much my daddy use to read me those stories when I was a little girl! YOU RULE;)
YOU RULE!!!! My daddy use to read me that book when I was a little girl. I love the story of the window washer, the prom dress one, and the one of the man and dog in the house. Something about lynchy kynchy molly colly dingo dingo.....lol I'm a nerd:P
I love these books, thanks for reading from them. I am 31 and I just got a copy of the Scary Stories Treasury in the mail from a seller via Amazon Marketplace and I read "The Thing" and "A Man from Leeds" to my nieces, they loved it. :)
The jerk going around giving people thumbs down for saying nice things about these books will probably give me a whole bunch, but I don't care if he/she does. :) I think you did a good job reading this.
I thought you did a great job! I love this book! The first story was soooo scary! My friend read it before at her halloween party and when she screamed i nearly crapped my pants! lol!
i read this books, and i'm 18. reading is about having fun, some people read millions of books, and they don't have the appreciation of them like you do. a 70 page book can create images in your mind just as well as a 900 page novel. it's all about the way it's worded, and those books give me chills to this day! people won't admit it, but scary stories in a dark room never gets old. i like the first story you read, or the girl on the tombstone, the prom dress.
its called common curtasy and respect dumb ass... of coarse you would have to be a real man to know anything about respect for those who raised you your whole life, I'm thinking your parents didnt raise you properly enough for you to accually know any better. Wow thats sad...
wow! ur very cute..and ur voice is very very sexy...goes well with the stories..um could u read me the rings on her fingers one..that one is mighty spooky! :O
Wow, scary stories are sure different now, compared to back then. At least there was some creativity, rather than some psycho making people mutilate themselves to save their lives (if you can't tell, I'm not a fan of Saw).
