so im bored of WoW and want something new... i wanna try this game but im confused... i wanna kno the difference between "guild wars", "guild wars factions", guild wars nightfall", "guild wars eye of the north" and "guild wars 2" i want the one with the assassin class in it

the difference is the classes that come with the game.

guild wars comes with ele, monk, ranger, mesmer, necro, warrior

factions: above 6 and assassin and ritualist

nightfall: primary 6 and dervish and paragon

eye of the north: expansion pack based off one of your games

GW2: not released yet XD

It's not just based on which classes come with it. Each campaign has an entirely unique storyline, areas & of course the 2 new classes. Eye of the North isn't actually a campaign, it's their only true "expansion". If you're wanting to try the game, the best idea is to go get the trilogy which comes with Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall. If you can't afford that, though, each of the three mentioned above ARE standalone. If you like PvP, I recommend factions.

Sorry dude...HotO kind suck after nerf...the best u can use its the fast recharge time skills,and so use Death Blossome to make pressure,cause a KD(not work if got nearby foe)after 12 sec really suck

Well I dont think its outdated (none of those skills have changed much lately) but it looks sorta slow. I prefer using Enraged lunge, feral agression, run as one, outoghy's cry (sp), and hammer bash. 100+ unblockable dmg every 5 seconds is nice plus a knockdown and just regular attacks of course. Also you do very little yourself which is kinda nice actually because nobody ever hexes your pet. You just sit and chill with IP and empathy on you while your pet descimates the caster.

Well that's just weird because I've killed him alot faster with alot've the builds I use. And it's not just the enchantment NPC that took long, the others did to. And they were the hammer master and axe master...and they're not supposed to take as long as that...

Ranger with Daggers. Either use a real thumper with a hammer which does more KDs or use a MS/DB sin, they both own this in a different way. This is epic fail.

takes way to long to kill someone with this build, just use a spike build and you will kill alot faster.

You don't need to try a build that uses Jagged Strike as a lead to know it isn't very good.
