There's nothing wrong with her and Gretchen's relationship. If Gretchen was a guy, I bet you wouldn't care. It really isn't different. you are right about the fact that they are very good together, but if they really werent related, it would be like any other movie or show that everyones seen at least a million times. i think that them being related gave it a little twist cuz in one scene i could have sworn they were gonna end up together, but the emotion it gives when you find out its not gonna happen is what makes the show so special. i think they did a good job..
The only problem is, they melt the screen every time they're in a scene together, which is not very uncle/niece. The show has to constantly keep them separated, so all that chemistry goes to waste.
