  • There is no cure only a hopeful treatment to prevent worm investation into tissues.Elephantiasis is one of the most monsterous diseases known to man.

Its mainly seen in tropical countries where mosquitoes carry the larvae.

  • i didnt evan meen to click on this i am so grossed out no affence to any one but i didnt evan know this existed

  • 0:28 o_o he doesnt have elephantitis, hes just blowing a horn

  • My Bio teacher told me about this pic 0:11 WOOOOWW :/

  • im not gonna watch again im gonna look for different ones

  • why is their a miles davis song in the backround?

  • 0:26 is not elephantitis. his cheeks are puffed out >.>

  • thats so sad

  • How radical, but if you have it on your legs im thinking it should be a matter of cutting off the excess, maybe im no doctor

  • Window$ soundtrack,

  • someone needs to get that spellchecked, this condition is actually elephantiasis, not elephantitis.

  • Why the fuck am I watching this?

  • @FilmingM That's what I asked.

  • @FilmingM Maybe its the music.

  • @FilmingM Because it turns you on.

  • @XCMDragon Well... That's another story. >_>

  • The picture of the trumpet player is the great Dizzy Gillespie.. he did not have this disease!

  • @nicyic miles davis is the trumpet player.

  • @LordJudgement1818 Wrong... Dizzy Gillespie is the trumpet player, he was well known for puffing our his cheeks while playing the trumpet.

  • @jimrosen22 miles did that to good sure

  • lmao i dont think loius armstrong had elephantitis

  • a lot of these pictures are of neurofibromatosis or proteus syndrome

  • surprisingly chill music for such a depressing disease

  • Wuchereria bancrofti is a worm. Once in the human system its larvae make their way to the lymphatic vessels where they develop into adult worms and then mate. The adult females release millions of immature tiny larvae which circulate in the blood, often for several years, and can be taken up by female mosquitoes when they suck the blood from the infected human when the worm lodges in the person's lymph nodes causes the extreme swelling. It could be any where lymphatic system is.

  • There is a worm or something inside it !

  • Could you guys imagine having to literally carry around your balls?

  • this has to be caused by evolution

  • @wlchambers nah,,,since its not a usable mutation the trait will die out...there for its only called a mutation.

  • @wlchambers Its caused by bites from infected Mosquitoes

  • 0:10 my balls are bigger than his

  • When ppl say to grow some balls nd that i got more halls tyen u they probably nvr thought about this--

  • My Aunt in law has this condition and she is the sweetest, funniest, most caring person you would ever meet. To say this is disgusting really saddens me. These people did not choose this life. They were given this. I am sorry that you are so insensitive towards others with disabilities and I hope one day you come in contact with an individual with this condition so you can feel bad about your mockery of them and maybe understand.

  • LOL the guy with the humongous ball sack reminded me of a South Park episode!

  • God dammit nature.....

  • 0:21-0:25 is snuffy from sesame street

  • i love the classy jazz in the background lol

  • iim doing ths disease for project and boy do i regret it

  • when you can use your nuts as a futon chair, it might be time for a check-up....

  • umm the elephant man didnt really have elephantitis......

  • Nasty i dont want to see some dude's sack's

  • AHHH! lol if you watch this again seek medical attention

  • umm the guy with the horn doesnt have elephantiasis. he just plays the horn while puffining out his cheeks instead of contracting them. thus resulting in his cheeks stretching in size..

  • The leg ones look more like fat. No offense...

  • I'm sure the individuals suffering from this debilitating illness would be inclined to disagree with you.

  • One of the worst diseases to have.

  • It's caused by a simple mosquito bite, the swelling is lympth fluid,

  • STOMP THE YARD!

  • the drug companies give the medicine for free in the countries that need , cost is only five pence per person a year.

  • omfg

  • thats really sad and yea disgusting....and it can be elephantitis or elephantiasis...pretty nasty tho that this is caused by a worm.

  • ohhhª

    que increible menos

    mal que estas cosas

    son mas comunes

    en otro pais

xq si fuera aca me imagino

  • the second one looks like theres a face in his sack

  • i woudlent know im not gay so i dont stare at dudes sacks

btw the last one was my mom

  • well it sucks to be yer mom and the last one looks like shes just fat no elephantitis and you watched the video so... and because u see a guys sack that has a medical condition doesnt make you gay its nature chances are sometime in life your gunna see sum sacks

  • yea i think maybe his Conjoined twin is trapped inside his balls you can see the face pressing against his sack

  • Comment removed

  • 0:12 wow that'll be a pretty big shot XD is that a face lol

  • Dat dude has got a sack full of fluid. That's nothing to be envious about. His sack hurts all the time. He looks cool, though. And a few of those pictures are not elephantiasis (not titis). Iamtheoverlord89 has it right.

  • actually Joseph Merrick the guy in the first photo didn't suffer from elephantiasis his condition was congenital i.e. he was born that way, he either suffered from neurofibromatosis or the much rarer proteus syndrome, which is not limited to nervous tissue like NF.

  • haha im jealous of the second one!

  • what is the exact cause of Lymphatic Filariasis?

  • is a parasitic and infectious tropical disease, that is caused by thread-like filarial nematode worms. it can happen to anyone at anytime in their life so before you laugh i would seriously think first! The parasites are transmitted by a mosquito bite

  • Dont make fun ppl...u should feel lucky this didnt happen to u

poor ppl...I woulnt call them animal names or elephant ppl cuz it hurts their feelings!! their more human than any of u who is being rude!

  • That creature at 21 seconds in the video looks like a Chromoite in "The Mice" episode of the Outer Limits television series in the 1960's

  • Woah swollen ballsacK!! Fucken VD

    0:56

  • OMG Jabba the Hutt!

  • 0:26 WTF?

  • 0:16 photoshop effect

  • That looked awfull. Especially 0:29!! :P

  • lol yea wulfgurl1994's right its called elephantiasis not elephantitis :p

also i wanna add that its caused by worm, wucheria bancrofti, which's transfered from mosquitos.

  • I cant see... poor humans... :((((

  • um its called elephantiasis not elephantitis. -itis meams imflamation and -iasis means process. Since elephantitis is caused by worms from mosquitos they cause the growth abnormality of skin cells not an irritaion like a rash or bug bite. so your title is wrong on the vid :P Elephantiasis not elephantitis

  • 0.54

    and 0.22

  • 0:38

  • DIZZY GILLESPIE?!?!?!

  • God makes people like this so that the people who are healthy and well appreciate being what they are and having what they have.

  • Are you fucking serious???

  • That's what I was told by a christian. It makes sense. If it doesn't make you appreciate being healthy, then you deserve a disease like this.

  • Christians are crazy... HOw can you listen to them?

  • Not all of them are crazy. My stepmom is pretty sane. I myself believe in evolution, but I also believe in god.

  • is there any cure for this disease yet...?

i've learned this in my biology lessons today and it's caused by the inability of the lymphatic system to transfer the remaining interstitial fluid back into bloodstream...

and i thought it only occurs at the lower part of the body...but i saw some cases which the patients have it on their faces in this video...

hope there would be a cure soon...

  • wow your smart ._.

  • ...it (Lymphatic system) is also called the body's second circulatory system, as it responsible for drainage!

the cause is still not identified..yet its management is as simple as consistent compression & elevation!

    Rock On!...in peace.

    tc.

  • heyy...this is a fact now tht this relatively rare disease causes severe deformities.....I however, request that these images be used NOT for exhibitionism purposes....rather give people the liberty to interpret them in a manner tht to at least some degree gives the afflicted individuals some sense of humanity!

finally, one thing tht becomes apparent after this is tht the developed world has a management plan for it...if not a treatment one at least.

look up Lymphatic system plz for some details

  • 1:01 heheheh

  • And you think you've got big balls?

  • i agree poor people

  • poor people

  • 0:35 is a bacteria called necrotising fascitis

  • :12 has balls of steel

my heart goes out to these people :(

  • it is scary how these very small worms can cause huge deformation!

  • in the legs there are parasitic worms which are transmitted by mosquitos

the parasites spread in the legs or anywhere else then.

it's not because of colesterol or anything else

LOOK IT UP AT WIKIPEDIA OR ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME

  • alot of em aren't really elephantitus

  • roflmao

  • fucking sim city music in the background haha

  • BOOOOOOOOLLLETTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fucking hell, i feel so sorry for them poor people :( how bad would it be if u had them aidbomb?

  • I hear Mosquitoes cause this,This kind of decease is rare in North America or South America

  • Africa too.

  • no it just swelling in the leg because the colesterol or something

  • he shud be proud ov them bolloks lol

  • Damn THOSE ARE SOME BIG ASS FUCKING BALLS!)0_0

  • holy fuck

  • hey what if they just cut open the infected area? what would fall out? blood? fluid? puss? i'm being serious whats inside?

  • its fluid that needs to be drained off,but in poorer countries people dont receive help in time.i need meds for lymphodima or id be terrifide of what could happen.some days my clothes dont fit and i cant wear shoes but hey im lucky im not disfiguired.x

  • flesh, its just like any other part of the leg, but massed and deformed, like a non-cancerous tumor

  • @oblivion240 mi daddy has it ,blood

  • @oblivion240 its kind of like a tumor dude

  • @oblivion240 There will obviously be blood since any growth in the body requires vasculature. Definitely fluid. Elephantitis is actually build up of excess fluid that has leaked out of the capillaries. I don't think there will be puss though since there shouldn't be an immune response to the growth.

  • @stampyourknee Elephantiasis is caused by parasitic worms transmitted by Infected Mosquitoes...The swelling results when the worms get clogged in the lymphatic system..

Your info is wrong...Mosquitoes spread it

  • @oblivion240 interstitial fluid

  • @oblivion240 Fluid Mofo :P

  • @oblivion240 All that together. And worms that cause it.

  • i love how theres just jazz music playing.

  • woah thats fucked up

  • yes this is disgusting...

    but search: "scrutum elephantis"

    funny

  • btw, it's elephantiasis not elephantitis.

  • Yes it might be kidney failure due excess fluids left on the legs. They had to drain to rid of fluids and medical treatment.

  • noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • welcome to the twilight zone

  • lmao

  • The trumpet player doesnt have elephantitis, I remember learning about him in my Music Appreciation class. he is famous for how he plays the trumpet which is with puffed out cheeks.

  • yup

  • yep

  • whoever made this is fucked up those poor people .. how would u fuckin like it bitch!

  • lmao what a dumb question xD

  • at 00:13 big balls

  • Lmao, everytime I see the word Elephantitis i just think of elephant tits.

  • WTF???

  • dumbass

Those cheeks of the trumpet player were natural, you aren't supposed to have an embrochure like that but some ppl do

  • yes.... i know..... this video is actually a joke xD

  • lol, i was confused cuz most of it is really "elephantitis"

  • .......wow

  • wow thats discusting.

  • Name of the song plz

  • many of those people didnt have elephantiatis, they were just in really bad health, and had serious water retention which caused swelling.

  • agreed. Lymphatic Filariasis is a worm, is it not?.. one of those pictures was a tumor.

  • its not Titus its elephantiasis

  • dumbass

  • Go into and medical journal and you find out what its actually name is, so shut the fuck up and learn.

  • FUCK DAMN SHIT WHAT A FREAK SHOW XDDD

  • oh my god.....

  • holy cartoon people

  • Dizzy Gillespie did not have a deforming disease. He deliberately puffed his cheeks out as a hook to get noticed early in his career and his face simply stretched out after so many years of playing in this manner and remained his signature "look".

  • yea, Dizzy never had elephantitis. Don't just throw stuff into a slideshow because you think you know what it is.

  • DUH!!

  • :25 is a jazz musician not a person with elephanttitis

  • again i say.......

    DUH!!!!

  • you know its actually called elephantiasis not elephanitits. the suffix-itis is more for irritation or inflammation

  • shut up no one cares

    ....... jus bein honest

  • Well you should, I'm trying to prevent ignorance.

  • god i want that.

  • that sucks ...i wonder why no friggin rich white people have this...what is in the water?

  • :P lol if you wantch this again seek medical attention

    i watched it 6 times

  • Sweet, i love this video

  • this is a really weird dissease

  • Thats sad

  • i like jazz music.

  • wow

  • your an antichrist

  • not antichrist

    Anarchist

  • i bet a guy with elephantitis on his brain would either be retarded as **** or smart as a son of a *****

  • Anyone else see a face at 0:12 in the center of the scrotum?

  • Oh my God there is a face in that guy's sac! That's the reason it's ballooned out;he's trying to escape!!!

  • some of these dudes could sit on thier own ball sacs

  • Its sad when you watch the TV ads, the ads about people with pimples being parronoid and buying creams, and conditioners for dry hair.

And theres people like this walking around.

For christ sake people get your priorities right!!!

  • i agree wid u
