For all of you cop haters, why are you not hoping it gets worse? Because unless it does no one will see a need to fix anything. Every time a cop acts like that its being recorded more and more often and people are getting more and more pissed. It starts small (few cops being shot by "crazed druggy criminal types") Then when it keeps happening people realize...maybe theres a reason lets look (current stage)....and when they find the evidence and the outrage is shared (revolt and/or change)

watching this video I agree the officer was 100% in the wrong. Not sure about the laws for the State this took place in, but in some states the use of pepper spray is not necessarily a crime so I can't say the officer should be arrested, but he certainly should lose his job. He did not need to enter the cell. He did not need to pepper spray the inmate even once let alone 3 times.

not only did he not need to do once (seeing as this kid was already in a cell- where he can't really do anything) but THREE times?! he was doing it just because he could and that is not the mentality we want in police officers. they are NOT there to serve and protect us no matter what anyone says. if you don't want to deal with corruptness then try not to break the law in any way, that's the only fail-safe way to not have to deal with pigs like this

Yep, thats standard practice at the Grant County jail in Ky. While I was there I seen numerous assults against inmates. They had a gaurd that got hired whose previous job was pushing carts at walmart...you can just imagine the power trip he was on.
