Starting back up after the cloudiest year I can recall. Check out the February update. It's all about balancing pineal and pituitary. I have undergone many amazing changes in a short period. I weight 115 at 5'3", eat nuts veggies and fruits mostly only when I NEED something from working physically hard. I am experiencing more remote veiwing and lucid dreaming. I seem to be psychicly receiving info. Clairvoyance experiences as well. I feel like I am lighter and more fluid. Thanks for asking.
