@daisy02711 Not all kids have the same hair color as their parents, there's probably some blonde in one of their families or both. She has genes from her parents, and also grandparents etc....two people with brown hair are not guaranted a child with brown hair. Plus alot of kids have lighter hair when they are younger, but even if it doesn't change it's possible she'll be blonde and it happens alot, just depends on how all the genes add up.

Alot of young children start out blonde and get darker later on. Genetics can skip generations too. Maybe one of her grandparents was blonde. It could also be a recessive trait, meaning both the parents carry a gene for blonde hair but don't actually have it themselves.
